hotstarnews.in is an independent, about us unbiased, and youth-driven digital news portal, founded on June 29, 2025 by Sahana — a young, talented, and dedicated media professional, rooted in the Arwal district of Bihar, whose dreams led her on a long, learning-filled journey from Delhi to Bengaluru.
Who is Sahana?
My name is Sahana. I am from Arwal district in Bihar.
Since childhood, I have been interested in media, writing, and social issues. I decided to turn my passion into a career and trained myself in the field of social media and mass communication.
I have:
Worked for 1 year in a social media agency in Delhi, Pursued a diploma in Bengaluru, which will be completed in December 2025,And have worked continuously for 3 years in various news agencies as an editor. So far, I have written thousands of articles related to technology, jobs, politics, society, and career.
Why Did I Start HotstarNews.in?
HotstarNews.in began as my first start up — a platform envisioned where: Accurate and fast news is available News from every sector is found in one place — politics, technology, employment, international, local, and more Youth and rural voices are given a platform And in an era of fake news on social media, reliable and fact-based reporting is delivered This is not just a website, but a vision — a step towards independent journalism.
